Question: What technology do you use?
Answer: We have the latest technology in use. That means we are working with Xerox scanners other leading brands.

Question: What formats are particularly favourable?
Answer: The cheapest book prices can be obtained from the A5 (14.85 * 21cm) format. You may also use other formats.

Questions to the paper

Question: What is "Alster work print"
Answer: work print is optimal for all books. By the different weights and volumes, the book's spine optimally manner. Question: What does the volume?

Question: How are you going to upload the file and how do you receive my print data?
Answer: The file upload allows for flat-rate connections a free file transfer of your print data to us. You will receive a password for the login after you send us your e-mail address via the 'SUBMIT'. The password is sent to the email address. The speed of data transmission is depending of the type of Internet access.

Question: What are the advantages and disadvantages of digital printing?
